By using ShareInShare ("the Service") at shareinshare.com, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What ShareInShare Is

ShareInShare is a temporary file and text sharing tool for devices connected to the same local network. Content is automatically deleted 30 minutes after it is posted. We do not provide long-term cloud storage.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ShareInShare to upload, share, or distribute:

Illegal content, or content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
Malware, viruses, or executable files intended to cause harm
Content that is abusive, hateful, obscene, or exploits minors
Any material you do not have the legal right to share

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for any user found violating these terms.

3. Guest and Registered Accounts

Guests may upload up to 50MB per day without registering.
Registered users get a 5GB daily limit and access to an upload history dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. No Guarantee of Availability

ShareInShare is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any loss of content due to the automatic 30-minute deletion, server downtime, or technical issues.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share. ShareInShare does not review content before it is shared and is not responsible for any content posted by users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShareInShare and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
